This weekend we were back out at Cowtown Speedway for another great night of racing.
We had some extra team members here tonight, my Aunt Kathy and her two sons Dan and
Jim were here. It was also my dads birthday. We arrived at the track around 4 pm and it was
nice the weather was great it was cloudy but not too bad, and we had a nice cool breeze
couldn't of asked for better weather.
My cousin Dan drew for #48 for me. Starting us 3rd row outside in the heat. The track was
heavy fast and follow the leader the whole race. I took the checkered at seventh, so the
heat race did not go that great.
I started 14th in the feature. When we were waiting to go on the track it started spinkling. It
took us four restarts before the race even started because they crashing left and right.
Some how we were able to miss them all. Then after that we still had a few cautions in the
race to. We were able to work our way forward from the bad starting postion up to six place
and with no more laps left thats were we took the checkered at.
Over all it was a good night, and glad everyone could make it out. Thanks to all my fans for
your contious support. We are hoping to race Waco and Devils Bowl this coming up Friday
and Saturday Night. If weather permnts. Have a great week.
